Who's behind this
I walked into a gym 11 years ago and never really left. But for years I couldn't get the rest of it right — the drinking, the eating out, the social life. It kept getting in the way of looking and feeling the way I wanted. I tried cutting things out. I tried being strict. None of it stuck.
What eventually changed wasn't my routine. It was how I thought about myself. Once my identity shifted, everything else became easier — not because I stopped drinking or stopped going out, but because I understood myself well enough to make it all work together.
